Andy Keen studied film and video before graduating with a degree in art history from Concordia University in Montreal. His films have screened at international film festivals and garnered multiple awards, including two JUNO Awards for his music documentaries: Bobcaygeon starring The Tragically Hip and Escarpment Blues starring Sarah Harmer.

Andy has also been recognized for his commercial work, which emphasizes authentic storytelling in a beautifully composed verité style. His attention to character and emotion make scripted spots seem natural and easily relatable to audiences. His ability to find humour in the mundane can elevate scripts in unexpected ways.

Andy’s commercial awards include a Webby, a D&AD Award of Merit, and Best of the Best at the CMAs. His clients include TD Bank, Loblaw, GE, Labatt, P&G, Lipton, United Way and Johnson & Johnson.
